We work with our clients at the outset of our relationship to gauge any potential crises they may encounter and to develop and maintain crisis management plans to mitigate against them, to ensure we keep our clients in the best light possible.

Our crisis management programmes span all audiences and have helped clients minimise fall-out from issues such as:

• mass redundancies
• product failures
• cooking the books

We also work with many clients on a project basis helping them communicate what could well be contentious issues, such as outsourcing and offshoring departments, senior position changes, etc.
