We will strive to consistently deliver the highest standard of communications management. Our intention is for quality to underline everything we do, whether that be: writing emails; brochures; lead creation; or publications targeted (A list not C list).

We will work to gain our clients’ trust by always being open, honest and reliable. We will be 100% truthful in reporting back the status of our tasks and the results we anticipate. We pledge to conduct ourselves professionally at all times, no matter how large or small the task. Each and every one of us retains the responsibility to honour confidences received or given in the course of professional activity.

Creativity
We will endeavour to channel our energy and drive into developing highly creative ideas that will enrich our clients’ strategies. We will apply creativity to all things and through all mediums, where appropriate, from feature angles to large-scale campaigns.

Results Not Activity
We will deliver tangible and measurable results, seeing this as the foundation for long-term relationships with our clients. To achieve this, we will strive to become knowledge experts in our clients’ industries not just in communications and commerce as a whole, so that we can provide the most adept communications consultancy. We will seek to implement tactics in the optimum way, for example by using the telephone over email, to make maximum use of all retainer hours. To do this successfully we will drive activities forward, turning tasks around swiftly - within hours or days, where appropriate - and embracing opportunities to be proactive in our approach.
